about joining a nonprofit organization
Neva-Baltic Union for the Promotion, Coordination and Development of Powerboating on an Aquabike
“Aquabiker Neva”

General provisions
1.1. This Regulation has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Charter of the Non-Profit Organization Neva-Baltic Union for the Promotion, Coordination and Development of Motor Boating on the Aquabike Neva jets.

1.2. This Regulation establishes the conditions and procedure for admission to the membership of the Non-Profit Organization Neva-Baltic Union for the assistance, coordination and development of water-motor sport on the aquabike “Nevabaybaykery” (hereinafter – the Union).

Partnership Membership Terms
2.1. In accordance with paragraph 3.2. Of the Charter of the Union members of the Union may be recognizing the Charter and paying the established contributions legal entities registered in the territory of the Russian Federation, and individuals recognizing this Charter, sharing the goals of the Union and contributing to their implementation. Can not be members of the person referred to in paragraph 1.2 of Art. 15 Federal Law “On Non-Profit Organizations” dated January 12, 1996 No. 7-FZ.

2.2. Membership in the Union is voluntary.

The procedure for joining the Union
3.1. A legal entity interested in joining the Partnership may receive a presentation folder with information on the activities of the Union, by making a corresponding request to the Executive Director of the Union. The presentation folder includes:

  • Charter of the Neva Aquabikers Union;
  • Regulations on admission to the membership of the Union with applications (Application for accession and Application Form);|
  • Regulations on contributions to the Union;
  • the structure of the governing bodies of the Union;
  • the composition of the Board and the Supervisory Board of the Union;
  • activities of the Union.

3.2. A candidate who wishes to become a member of the Neva Aquabikers Union sends a statement to the Union ( Appendix No. 1 ), to which he attaches the Candidate’s form ( Appendix No. 2 ) and a description of the company’s activities in an arbitrary form (for the Candidate of a legal entity). The legal entity candidate must also send a copy of the organization’s Charter, a copy of the order of appointment of the manager, and a copy of the certificate of registration of the legal entity. All copies of documents must be stamped by the Candidate. The candidate may submit recommendations, as well as any additional information relating to his activities. The individual candidate is a copy of the passport. At the same time, a copy of the documents confirming the payment of the admission fee in accordance with the Regulations on Membership in the Union is submitted.

3.3. Mentioned in paragraph 3.2. documents are received by the Executive Director of the Union, who checks the correctness of their execution and submits them to the meeting of the Board of the Union. The Executive Director has the right to request documents and materials to clarify the facts set forth in the candidate’s application form, as well as additional information that will allow an objective opinion on the Candidate to be compiled. In this case, the question of admitting a Candidate to the membership of the Union is postponed until additional documents and information are requested.

3.4. To make a decision on the admission of a candidate to the membership of the Union, the Board of the Union has the right to request clarifying documents or additional information about the Candidate and postpone consideration of the issue until they are received.

3.5. The decision on the adoption (refusal to accept) of the Candidate to the Union is made by a majority vote of the members of the Board of the Union no later than 2 (Two) weeks from the date of receipt of the Candidate’s documents in the Union, incl. requested additionally.

3.6. A candidate member of the Union is notified of the decision taken by the Board of the Union within 3 days (three days).

3.7. The candidate is obliged to pay an entrance fee in the amount established by the Council of the Union for the current period.

3.8. A candidate is considered to be admitted to the membership of the Union after the entry fee has been paid.

3.9. The newly adopted member is given an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the Board of the Union with the decision on his admission to the Union, certified by the signature of the Executive Director and the seal of the Union.

Final provisions
4.1. This Regulation shall enter into force upon its approval by the Board of the Union.

4.2. The changes that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Charter of the Union are made to this Regulation by the Council of the Union and come into force upon approval at a meeting of the Board of the Union.
